Mimi's Swimwear is a registered brand under the Intellectual Property Office with the domain of mimisswimwear.co.uk.
We recommend our customers to read our Terms & Conditions thoroughly and ensure to check our size guide to gain better knowledge around our products before making your final decision.
1. Exchange and return Policy
Mimi's Swimwear accept exchanges and returns within 14 days after the purchase.
If you would like to contact us please email us on info@mimisswimwear.co.uk.
We only accept exchanges or returns if the items returned are unworn and in the condition that it was purchased (not washed or any sign of it being used)
Exchanges and returns will not accepted if the item is used, damaged or has been used incorrectly (not following the washing instructions)
After receiving the item for exchange or return we will inform the customer if the item is in the condition above mentioned and let the customer know if their requests were approved.
Any approved returns we will be emailing the customer to let them know when the refund was processed.
For any returns or exchanges that does not match the required conditions, we will require customers to pay for the shipping cost for us to ship the item back.
Refunds will take 3-7 working days to be processed after the confirmation email.
Mimi's swimwear will not provide free shipping for any exchanges.
Mimi's swimwear will keep the refund on hold until the item has been delivered back to us and the product has been checked to ensure it meets the required conditions. Also, for any exchanges and returns it will have to meet the deadline above mentioned.
2. How to make an exchange or return

Phone Number
Address
Invoice attached
Reason for the exchange/return
All the exchanges or returns have to be authorized by the owner Micaela Lopes.
3 Defective item
In case you receive a defective item please follow the same procedure above mentioned for the exchange or return and once all required checks are completed to ensure the defective item was not due to wrong usage, we will proceed for a refund or if you preferred for an exchange then we will pay for your shipping delivery.
